Set-up/Basic Assessment- $150

Available for the self-coached athlete wanting to ensure their training is effective.
Negotiable for Level 1 program
Required for Level 2 & Level 3 program

 

Level 1 (Basic Race Plan)

A training program that is designed for your goal event.  After the initial set-up, The athlete is allowed 2 plan updates and communication that must be athlete initated.  All scheduled interaction between coach and athlete is an additional cost.

Cost: Initial Set-up optional but highly suggested. $20/week with an 8 week minimum. Price includes service fee


Level 2 (Monthly Plan)

A Macro training plan is designed and all training is set up in 4 week blocks of time. Athlete initiated communication includes unlimited email and one phone call per week. The Athlete must agree to the basic assessment. After the initial set-up, (1) Personal coaching time can be scheduled per month.
If additional sessions are desired they can be purchased by the athlete for $65/session. The exception is the occassional "group" event that may be organized by the coach. 
 

Cost: Initial Set-up Fee of $150. Then $40/week with an 8 week minimum commitment.Price includes service fee

Level 3 (Individual Plan)
Includes the basic Set-up and Level 2 program. Personal coaching sessions are scheduled each week and the athlete is allowed unlimited email and phone interaction.  The sessions are TBD by athlete and coach schedules. 
Cost: $75/week with a 10 week commitment. Price includes service fee
